At True Light , our fundamental principle is to love one another, for this is an apostolic admonition. Every member of True Light owes this debt to each other and should strive to pay it (Romans 13:8).
Our love for each other should be fervent, unfeigned and without dissimulation. It should be shown to the weak and to the strong, to poor as well as to the rich. Every member of True Light should as much as lies in their power, endeavor to “keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace” (Ephesians 4:3).
There should be a zealous concern for unity of worship, as we serve the Lord with one mind, one voice and a pure heart glorifying God (Romans 15:6).
To prevent discord in affection, judgment in worship and to secure peace, all strife should be avoided. Let nothing be done through strife of vainglory (Philippians 2:3).
Proud and contentious men that seek to promote strife or divisions are not encouraged in this Christian family. The peace of this assembly is essential (Psalm 133:1).
The comfort of saints in fellowship, peace and unity is strongly encouraged. All saints must be desirous of having the peace of God with them and should seek to be of one mind and one spirit. As brethren we will sympathize with each other in all situations or circumstances. Whether it is in trouble or distresses of the soul, through the hiding of God’s face, the temptations of satan or the strength of corruption. We will seek to comfort the feeble minded, support the weak and bear one another’s burden, that in so doing we may fulfill the laws of Christ (1st Thessalonians 5:14, Galatians 6:2).
Today is a new day, a new beginning and we will never be the same again, because we are no more in darkness now we are children of light.
